To make the resistors of your rebuildable atomizers and drippers, you will need resistive wire.
The Nichrome resistive wire is becoming more and more common in the world of vaping, it differs from the Kanthal by the fact that it is slightly less resistive. 
Therefore with equivalent numbers of turns the value of the resistance is lower. 
You can therefore increase the number of turns to stay on the same level of resistance as if you had done it with Kanthal and thus have a better distribution and heating surface of your liquid. 
The resistance of the flavors will be all the better, especially as the nichrome is more neutral than the kanthal.
